Of the 3 reps, I liked Josh the best as he frequently mentioned that his team is professional and he quaranteed that I would like it. His estimate was the lowest of the 3, by a significant margin. We choose the metal posts because if I do live long enough to replace the the fence again, the posts will be intact and replacement is very simple. We chose the cedar pickets, again for longevity, yet when up, they are actually very atractive. For privacy, on a side with an active neighbor, we chose 'board on board'. It gave us the privacy because there are no gaps and it is actually a very good look. I wish we had done both entire sides using 'board on board'. Be sure to ask about it. Our 52" gates on both sides are well supported and I will not be worrying about sagging. Josh's crew IS professional. They come to work and do it right; all the time communicating to be sure that they were producing what we were expecting. The truth is, it's better than we expected. And we're grateful for that. Rather than using brackets they screwed less than a half inch on the 2x4 to the metal poles, 2x4 now have rotted at each end of the 2x4 and they cam out want to change me 450 dollars to.fix their shottie workmanship.
