Dr. Kyle Miller is super awesome. His assistant is awesome too!! I didn't catch her name. Finally I find a Doctor that listens and Cares!! Most Doctor's don't listen or it seems they're just too busy and want to get the day over with. Or some doctors just think they know everything without even listening to the patients on what's best for them. Doctor Kyle Miller will hear you out. Ask you many questions. Been a patient here for years and so was my husband. Used to be a great practice. I was sent to the hospital via an ambulance in May while on vacation and chose not to have a battery of tests done and come home and see Dr Brown. I made an appt when I got home and it took nearly 2 months to get in. Today they call me while I am literally driving to my appt and say "sorry we can't see you today since you haven't been here in a while you're a new patient". I've had the appt for almost 2 mo the and they only figure that out 30 minutes before I'm supposed to be there? The right thing to do would have been to go ahead and see me but I guess this practice isn't interested in doing the right thing. The front and back office will ruin a Dr's office for you everytime. It's rarely the physicians fault. I will be finding a more competent office going forward. That is deplorable customer service. No one seems to want to do the right thing anymore sadly. read more
