They did not have any type of assessment after a two week period to see if the equipment was still needed. They were at our house within an hour and ripped up the floor then set up 10 high velocity fans and a dehumidifier. When they got things dried out they assessed the damage and replaced a good portion of our subfloor then ordered our new floating floor. They did a wonderful job fixing everything & replacing the floating floor. The whole crew was very friendly & knowledgeable & did a great job. We highly recommend them!
