The worst company I have ever used in my entire life. They left equipment in my house, unused, and made me pay for it. The owner never called he was missing in action. The secretary was one of the rudest pushy person I have ever met. They left equipment in my home, not being used so that I would pay for it. They did not have any type of assessment after a two week period to see if the equipment was still needed. Ritch helped us with water issues we had in our basement following a bring rain in the spring of 2012. What I thought was going to be several hundred dollars or much worse turned out to be $50 for renting a fan and some time to dry things out. Ritch went way above and beyond in helping get the job done right and even brought in a commercial dehumidifier just to make sure the job was done well and that we were happy. He even held to his original quote of $50 when thought the fan would be enough. He took time to answer all of my questions and was very reliable in all of the appointments ( not the be there sometime between 10 and 4 like some companies).
