We've taken our dogs there now for six years and they've always been well treated whether it's just for a weekend or 2-3 weeks at a time. Ryan has done an excellent job taking over from his dad Scott. Every time we pull up in the kennels yard our dogs get excited, are ready to go and check out their new "home" and go play in the yard. read more

Our Boykin Spaniel Smokey has been boarded at Midwest Kennels several different times. sometimes up to 3-4 nights. He is a very energetic young g dog. At Midwest he gets plenty of outdoor play time and he is very well taken good care of. I highly recommend Midwest Kennels. read more

We have taken our dogs here for years and they love it here! They were able to also accommodate our unsocial Jack Russell Terrier. Also have a geriatric wing for the more senior dogs to "play" at their own speed. We have probably used this place no fewer than 40 times over the past nine years! read more

Scott is a very nice man. He's accommodating for my girl. She's quite a pain in the butt. He seems to like her in spite of the fact. Very very clean place. Had our Cooper dog here for the last week. This place is amazing. Very, very clean, spacious indoor kennels, with a great outdoor run. Our guy came home happy, well taken care of and relaxed. We'll be back for Doggie Day Care so he has some fun/run time - and I highly recommend this place.Owners clearly love the pets staying here. read more

I've taken my dog, Licka, here for boarding twice now, and he seems to really enjoy it. Upon arriving the first time, Scott greeted us at the door and showed me around as we took Licka's belongings to the kennel he'd be staying in and then let him out back to play with the other dogs. When we picked him up, Licka was in high spirits but not too eager to leave, which was good because we ended up locking our keys in the car. Scott quickly went to get some tools and got us into our car. He wouldn't accept anything in return for the favor and also allowed us to mail a check for the boarding since I didn't notice the "Cash or check" sign next to the check-in counter. Very nice guy! Licka seems to be in great hands. I met the lady (sorry, i don't remember the name) who works there when picking him up this last visit. She gave him a complimentary bath since he stayed 7 nights and even broke up all his pills for easy distribution. I'll definitely bring Licka back again. read more
