Memories that I had long forgotten emerged from when I was about 5 or 6 years old, that I finally resolved. I have suffered from C-PTSD for decades and now I finally have some relief and hope that my condition will only improve from here on. As for physical pain relief I recommend acupuncture for anyone dealing with chronic pain. I feel more relaxed and my muscles less tense which is important for the healing process.
