A blonde woman walked in and started yelling at my mother and me. I wish I knew her name, but of course her name tag was turned around. The rude treatment lasted throughout our encounter and included her yelling a rude comment up the hall when they reached the facility. I know we don't have a lot of options for medical transport, but they should be embarrassed by this service.

I had been in excruciating pain before the root canal, so I was actually looking forward to having it done so I could be out of pain. The procedure only took about an hour and I got in right away when I got there for the appointment (no sitting around getting nervous!). He numbed me up so I did not feel a single thing.
