When my cast had cracked and needed replaced, he berated my mother - "he should have had this replaced right away!" - even though the delay was due to scheduling by his office. In short, he was a jerk. Fast forward - I have come into contact with Kraft as an adult. Attempting to provide some services for him. He is still a jerk. He is the essence of the old joke; What do you call the guy who finished last in his class at medical school? Doctor!
