After receiving payment, communication became very difficult. I called multiple times without a response. They only replied in writing that they would replace the gate, but they did not provide a timeline. They also installed the wrong hardware on the gate, and the gate could not properly open or close. I had to hire someone else to fix the hardware. They also left wooden pallets at my property, which they finally removed after about a month and a half. I hope KC Pro Fencing follows through and completes the work they agreed to do.

Other two levels on top are 10' ceilings. It's tall, it's tough to paint. From the paint crew, there was virtually no paint prep beyond pressure washing the house before spraying with paint. The caulk around the windows has already failed three months later, nail holes are clearly visible, our metal roof is dented everywhere they stood and put ladders on it, our agreement that they would remove and replace all rotten wood amounted to the crew taking out one board and leaving enough shrapnel of that board on our roof to clog the gutter twice. They did take out another board when called back out. I think we need to completely repaint the house. Incredibly disappointed. We called them out I think three times to fix damage and re-caulk nail holes and still.... it just looks crappy. I should have turned back when I found out there was no contract to sign.

Large 2 story house done in 3-4 days. Carefully taped and tarped off all patio furniture/grills/cameras and other items. Crew was careful not to get paint everywhere. My wife and I had a list of spots we thought needed fixing but on the last day this crew was on it and knew before we ever had to say anything. At the final walkthrough the house looked fantastic. This is the kind of thing where you want to get a quality job done for the money you are paying. We could not be more pleased with the level of effort and quality they delivered. PM disappeared after 2 months into the job. they never returned our allowance money. They did shotty work. Didn't grout under vanities which have legs so it noticeable. They installed wrong flooring in entire house. Left live electrical wires in the walls which could have burned down our home. Our shower floor doesn't drain because the floor is uneven. kitchen cabinets weren't finished. They flooded our dry basement and ruined it. I have hundreds of photos and a video of all the discrepancies. They will lie and tell you they fire everyone and rehired new people. It's a lie. They have more than one lawsuit. Check it out
