I would say that if you want it done cheap, they are fairly cost efficient. But their services outside of installing electrical hardware will reflect the price extremely accurately.

I was told my appointment was his first stop on the scheduled day but he never showed up. I called after he was more than an hour late. The woman that answered the phone said she'd call the electrician and get back to me. Twenty minutes later she called and said "he dropped the ball". Yes, he certainly did. It sure makes you wonder about the legitimacy of all of the 5-star reviews he has (mostly from Yelpers with only a few reviews).
