If I could give 0 stars I would. I've had this bank account for about 3-4 years now and when I…read morefirst opened the account I was living in my college town, which why this would be considered my home branch. Just two weeks ago I got a call from the branch manager Sue Easton saying she wanted to do an account review, now she never mentioned what it was for and she started asking me questions about my transactions which were all legit transactions. As she's asking me the questions she's giving me this snooty tone as if I was lying about my transactions, so I asked her what is this for and she says there was suspicious activity on the account, so I'm like what is the suspicious activity and she can't tell me what the suspicious activity was. She assure me that she would pass the information along and that next Monday I wake up to an closed account. Now I'm totally thrown off because we just talked about what I thought I was put into place so that my account wouldn't be close. So I took it as the lady thought I was lying to her and I feel if I was a WHITE women the account would have never closed because if I told you everything was legit why would you still proceed to close my account. I called her to ask what's going on and the first thing she says is " I was expecting you to call me" like we're friends or something. I asked her why she closed my account and she tells me she can't disclose, but this is something that could potentially effect me in a negative way (a hit on my credit) and I did nothing for this to happen. I called this branch to speak with a supervisor and was told they were busy by Sue, then 20-30 minutes later I'm getting a call back from Sue saying she's the highest person at the branch but just minutes ago the "supervisor" was busy. Everyone is giving me the run around and I still haven't heard back from the district manager. This company has displayed their LACK OF Integrity and they treat loyal customers poorly. I just really feel discriminated against and this is very very ridiculous they make me want to take legal action. DON'T BANK HERE!

They also failed to retain contact information for the charge. After resolving the issue with the subscription service, I filed a complaint with Connection's website. I was called shortly after by a manager who scolded me for filing the complaint and proceeded to argue with me about what actually occurred with their banker. She offered to put their CEO on, which I accepted. She came back and said he was unavailable... (likely story). Very unprofessional. Will be moving my accounts. Would have let it go if the manager didn't feel the need to double down. Would not recommend.

The clerks didn't know how the system worked for sure so immediately put it on the client to correct the issue. The debit cards failed to function for many clients at local stores, their customer support is annoyingly inept and sends you to third party resources, and to top it all off, when they're actually forced to concede they made a mistake and fix it, there's no apology or assurance they won't screw it up yet again. Yes, personal experience here, in my case, they erred three times on the same issue and I had to wait three months for them to find they were wrong and return the money they were sure was not handled incorrectly, a third party resource they used had to prove them wrong. So, do yourself a favor, they offer nothing special, certainly don't excel in customer satisfaction, go somewhere else.

I absolutely hate Two Rivers Bank and trust. I have had nothing but issues since they bought my…read morebranch. I was told it would be a seamless transition similar to when Dubuque took over First Community. It has NOT been. All of my automatic payments, subsciption boxes and direct deposits failed. All of my online banking transactions disappeared. I've been given tons of contradicting information. Like my account + routing numbers have changed, oh no just your routing #. And I've been told contradicting information about my current checks working vs being no good. Now I'm getting a new box of checks in the mail but it will take over a week. Still don't know what to do with my old checks because every bank rep has a different answer. Today I had to call because I was forwarded an email from my company stating: The direct deposit(s) did credit the payee's account successfully; however, the company is required to make changes to ensure future direct deposit credits for the payee are received successfully. The payee(s) whose bank account information has changed are: Katherine M. Due to the sensitive nature of the bank account information, we cannot provide that on this email. You can contact the payee(s) for the specific information.   If you do not fix this information prior to submitting your next direct deposit, your direct deposit submission will be rejected  So I called the Keokuk phone # it forwarded to the Two Rivers in Burlington. I read the email to Cody who pretty much called me a liar and informed me all direct deposits still work with the old routing numbers though she gave me a new routing # to give my company for direct deposits. Considering that I had to update another direct deposit ALREADY and that my company forwarded me an email telling me I would need to provide information PER THE RESPONSE they recieved I was upset to be told 'thats not how things work'. Two Rivers reps are unhelpful and accusatory and the transition of them taking over my bank has been nothing but horrible. I still don't have any visible online banking information, I have checks I don't know if I can use/a wait on new checks, I'm unable to get a bank letter for direct deposits until the 'transition is completed' and the new debit card (that you had to activate by GOING to their ATM) feels as flimsy as their promises of 'easy' banking.
