John was respectful, honest, professional and fair in his pricing. John knew what he was talking about; compared to others we met, and even suggested options that saved us money. John and his team came in and got right to work. He took extra care and time to ensure that the grout work was correct in color, which looked great and made it very difficult to ID the old from the new. All jobs were completed to our satisfaction and looked/functioned great. Only reason for the 4-Stars is due to leaving a little bit of a mess from the frosted window replacement and regrouting. Just a little more clean up was needed. If not for that it would have been 5-stars. Based on our overall experience, we would recommend John. We plan to do additional work with him in the near future.
