Last year Midwest replaced my sliding glass door, plus all the windows on the 2nd floor with Softlite triple pane. This year I hired them again to replace the windows on the main level. Mike is great to work with. He did a thorough job explaining the Softlite products, his pricing is fair and his customer service is top notch. Nando and installation team are fast and professional. The project took much longer than I was told, and I felt like my concerns weren't when the work was finally completed. I wasn't impressed with the attention to detail and getting someone to frustrating. Overall, I expected much better customer service and professional professionalism. Based on my experience I wouldn't recommend this company.
