Then one day, I rec'd a post card advertisement in the mail for Three Rivers Landscaping. I checked out their website and was impressed by the before & after pictures. Most of the pictures were of larger projects so I was expecting them to tell us our project was too small, but fortunately for us, that was not the case. Within 48 hours Doug came to the house, listened to our ideas and 1 week later we had a quote (very reasonable) and timeline. When we asked about payment, Doug informed us that he wanted no money upfront, that we would pay him when the project was finished! That arrangement alone built trust and confidence that our waterfall was going to be done the right way. On July 14th, our project was complete! Finally, after a 3 year wait, we have our beautiful waterfall back. Doug & Ben Thank you for making our waterfall beautiful again. In early February, I contacted this company to inquire about possible solutions for water management in my front yard. Several days later, they emailed me to say that a rain garden could be a viable solution if utilities are not in the area, if the slope is regraded, and if the subsoil has a reasonable percolation rate. I appreciated that, unlike some of their competitors, they wanted to ensure that a rain garden would actually work in my yard. I requested that PA One Call mark my utilities. In March, Bob visited my property for a free consultation. He talked with me for several minutes about the source of the water, and then he did measurements. He said that he might want to install a stone wall on my front hill, fill it with soil and plants, and have an overflow for extreme rainfall. I thought that his ideas made good sense. Days later, Judy emailed me about scheduling a design for the rain garden. The design fee was based on the complexity of the project and was $280. Other businesses charge design fees from $0 to several hundred dollars, so I thought that this fee was reasonable. A design would involve site sketches, material selections, and plant selections. Eventually, a different company that had installed my French drains last year told me that they could make some modifications to my drains. As a result, I am having that work done now, and I plan to have plants installed later. I still wanted to write this review to share my experience with potential customers, so they know a little more about TerraGreen.

I was in dire need of pointing for my home and also to address water issues coming off my solid cement staircase. Jim DiMarco came to my home late last year and went over what could be done to help me. He recommended putting in a metal drain below the "lip" of the staircase to reduce run off. When it comes to pointing, the business just doesn't fill in the gaps. Instead they dig out the old cement and insure fresh cement to insure a solid seal. Such was the plan given to me last fall and reflected on my estimate. At that time I was told my project would be done sometime this year. DiMarco masonry called me a day ahead of time to let me know what day and time they would be out and he and his assistant arrived promptly at the scheduled time. I checked in on the work here and there and saw that the work was very thorough and they cleaned up appropriately. Jim DiMarco showed me the metal lip he placed on my concrete block and hopefully it should keep excess water from running down my staircase and onto my newly finished bricks. If I had an issue at any time I was free to call him. I was very pleased with his services and am glad I could find a mason to do a quality job. This business is much in demand at the current time so if you are willing to wait on your project then I highly recommend their services.

He got us an estimate, then on the schedule and contacted us when he would be starting the work. We had a chimney fully repointed, a new crown poured and repointing of a few areas around the house. He and his team were extremely respectful of our property and felt like they treated it as their own. They were on time and extremely efficient throughout doing the work. You can tell Jim and the guys truly care about the work they provide. I would recommend Jim and his team to anyone looking for masonry work. 100% will use them in the future if ever needed.
