He did an estimate for a roof, we accepted, gave him a downpayment and did not hear any update for two months. When I called and asked for some urgency, he sent a crew to deliver materials. They said they would start working in the rain. I told them I felt uncomfortable with that and without any discussion they left and cancelled the contract that I had waited for months to be completed. I am blown away. I couldn't get in touch with anyone. When I finally reached Mike, he decided it was easier to refund my money than deal with an unhappy customer. Imagine. Now I am a very unhappy former customer.
