Unfortunately, my experience with this agency has been frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. I called to cancel my auto policy and was told by Steve that I needed to send over the Declaration Page from my new insurer before they could cancel. I did as requested. I followed up with Michael to confirm it was received, but never got a clear answer. After waiting four hours, I called State Farm directly, and they canceled my policy immediately--no declaration page required. On top of that, when I first received my quote from this office, it included information for a completely unrelated household member I never gave them. That's a serious mistake, and luckily I caught it before proceeding. I went with this agency because of the positive reviews, but after interacting with three different reps, I can confidently say I won't be coming back. I'll also be sharing my feedback directly with State Farm corporate. Just a heads-up to others--be prepared for unnecessary runaround and inconsistent service.

Now, 2019, I am told that the cash value is $83.00. I am told I cannot convert the policy to whole life under $50,000. I am 62 years old a whole life policy would be so expensive at $50,000. I was sent paperwork to sign that was not filled in, who signs any paperwork that is not filled in. I was told I would get a return call I did not receive. I finally after a year called the 800 number for Security Mutual Insurance and canceled the policy. I just feel I was ill-informed at the age of 26 to cover my children if I should pass away as a single parent. If I had known more about this life insurance I would have never agreed to a policy.
