They were good and helpful about processing tenant Notices to Vacate, which I appreciated. After I…read morepaid and the notices were sent, I'm surprised that they have not sent me a copy of the notice for my records or any other confirmation that it was sent out. I have 3 civil cases I wanted them to help me with. The Director of Landlord Tenant told me they would send me the POC in the firm could help me move forward with those cases. That was back in March. Now in June, months later and after following up with them multiple times, they have not provided me with the contact. They respond to my emails saying, "I need to find you a contact." But they never actually send me the contact. The last person I spoke to on the phone was their Intern who said the contact was probably the Attorney himself. After waiting some more, I decided to call the Intern back and see if I could get the attorney's email address. When I called the office back and asked for the Intern, I was promptly hung up on. I didn't even have a chance to ask for the email address. I will update my review as things process with the tenant notices I filed with them.
