Both Nick & Will treated us with the upmost respect and courtesy. While we figured out the course we wanted too take Nick & Will were totally supportive. In the end we ended up having Rich's Auto Center replace our transmission and do a few other repairs. With their full schedule I do know how they did it but by end of day Tuesday we had our vehicle back and in full working condition. I cannot say enough good things about Nick & Will

I brought a couple of cars so far and he was spot on on the diagnostic which basically once corrected the problem disappeared. He has given me in both occasions and estimate and after the cars were repaired the price was no more than 20% of his original estimate. Which I happily pay knowing that anywhere else, probably the same repair would cost me from 50~70% of what Jose charges. And in top of that, he always beats his time estimate. 100% recommended.

Came to "fix it" and "didnt know" they would need a compressor for the wheel bearing assembly. They then took my car to the shop still promising it would be returned and fixed for me for work in the morning. Called them at 1 am 10xs before they answered and told me they got a "defective" part from auto zone and cant fix it. Told me they'd be back in a half hour with my car and it took them 2 hours to bring back my car unfixed. What a joke.

My wife explained to them that the engine just died while driving through a parking lot. Hires said they would likely be able to get out the vehicle the next day. Now today, 6 days later, the vehicle hasn't even been moved in their parking lot. I called and talked to the front desk person and asked what the situation is with the truck. He immediately said that the engine is locked up. I stayed well that would be bad. Except, how do you have any idea that that's the case. How do you know that it just won't run because the electrical problem or other concerns? He asked me if any of the check engine lights came on and I informed him that it lit up like a Christmas tree. So, without even unlocking the door, they gave a diagnosis of a locked up engine. I'd say run, don't walk, away from this organization. They have no idea what good customer service is!

I had an area shop known for mercedes work on my S55, they screwed it up so bad I couldn't drive it and charged me an exorbitant amount. After looking for a long time for a shop JTS fixed the problem and charged me less than they quoted me. How do you beat that? I will now take all my cars there.
