I signed up with her for a Progressive CARRR INSURANCE ONLY and never knew she is also a Farmers Agent. She took advantage of me because I was young and didn't know anything. I got my first and only car from my brother and he had her before, so his wife recommended her for car insurance. Then later, I found out she's related to some of my friends, so I thought I could put a lot of trust in her. 3 years after of her being my agent, I found out I have a flippin LIFE POLICY under Farmers Insurance and my renter was under Farmers also. I was young and didn't know what a renter or anything is, so she lied to me that the renter is car-related, so I agreed to the renter. And then the life policy, I never knew it existed at all. I am sure she slipped other documents with the documents I signed for my progressive car insurance. ***Lesson for young or vulnerable individuals, don't go to her and please READ ALL documents even if you know the person you are dealing with or thought you can reply on them. She lies about policies and slips in papers for you to sign. Farmers did not do much with my case. I provided so many evidence, and I got a call that they only examined the signatures and didn't seem to care that she lied about the policies and documents she gives to her customers, but if she's no fired, I take it back. I got a recording of our conversation on the phone after I found out and she tries to run away multiple times, which I keep insisting that can't run away and then call me back "in a bit", and then hung up on me. What's worse is my parents are under her too and she knows they're client of hers-- so while opening the account she had used my parents info (names) as the beneficiary. She also claimed I had done a medical exam, when I only went to her for a car insurance. Contacted Farmers to get these documents, and it seems like everyone is going MIA about these documents I'm requesting for because she never gave me any copies of the documents. Just a printed paper for the insurance card. I was dumb to have so much trust in her and not even ask her for the copies. If you're under her currently or know anyone under her, you should call to check Farmers ANDD Progressive if you have any other hidden policies because she's apparently an agent for both.
