She guided me as to what I should do and that I shouldn't need to file a claim if the other persons insurance already has a claim going. I have been…read morewith thems years and just recently complained of rising rates with Nationwide Insurance that they had me linked up with and if I hadn't threatened to jump ship I don't think they would have helped me as a customer. They didn't ever offer me lower rate with them untill I questioned why my rates were so high. They don't look out for their clients. you have to check in with them . I will start a yearly check in . it makes me question what they do all day in that office.
