He has no experience in doing this type of work. Arrived wearing Air Jordan's and sweat pants, no proper equipment, other than a rented chainsaw and rope to pull the large branches. Blocked the major State road off three times because of the extremely large sections falling on the roadway. No traffic warnings, no safety equipment, no personal protection.
