The problem is that we were told the first year only we would have to pay for the purchase of the lights. From then on only pay for replacement lights and a much reduced price for putting up and taking down the lights. They told me they were putting my lights in tubs with my name on them and into storage for the next year. This year however the cost was going to be almost double from last year. I was however told that if I ordered by a deadline (the gal in the office was on vacation and couldn't place the order)and used a different bulb it would only be a couple hundred more than last year. So, what happened to the lights I payed for last year? And the promise made. They should stick to painting.

The builder had done a terrible job using cheap paint, and Travis was able to fix several areas where they had cut corners. Our house now looks beautiful, but more importantly, we're confident that all areas are painted, joints are all caulked properly, and that the project was also done right, using quality paint that will last for years. In addition to his skill and knowledge, Travis is also a nice person, as is his crew. Derek and his crew also know that and take great pride in doing a great job. A four man crew descended on the house and spent several days caulking, scraping and of course power washing. The final result is just about perfect with a knowledge that this job will last for years and years. As far as customer service everything was on time as promised. Derek worked with us on color and made sure we were happy with the choice. He pointed out several things that needed to be addressed. Among other they removed all the awnings and took them to Deluxe Awnings to be recovered. Once that was done they came back several weeks later, picked up the awnings and rehung them. I would not hesitate to recommend this crew for any job I have in the future.
