He always provided us with good advice and contacted every person involved in transaction. He was also very flexible while preparing offers and was willing to accommodate late night meetings to walk me through the bid/clauses during weekdays when my day was busy with work. We saw ~20+ high quality homes, which were filtered to our likes/budget by Michael before visits and grouped together so we would have to spend less time and visit high quality choices.
