I have never spoken with him and only have my life insurance through him. I'm shocked at how I was treated and I'm still unaware of what I did wrong. I wanted to speak with him about my term life insurance expiring next year and an increase in my premiums. No big deal. He missed the appointment.

Andy was an excellent resource and calmed down a very anxious client (ME!). He went over my policy to help direct me to road service. Mike was also extremely helpful and came up with a game plan when the first road service truck couldn't help me. Thanks to Mike and Andy, I was able get a replacement key and was on my way.
