Every person in the office and in the claim center were so nice and helpful, from the initial call to now, calling me and emailing me to make sure I was taken care of and that my van was getting fixed properly. I do autopay for most of my regular account payments, like utilities, etc. Mike has had all my insurance accounts, including auto, for a long, long time., and I use autopay. I had an unusual experience recently where I was charged a fee for "returned payment" for my monthly account payment. My autopay had been rejected by the bank due to a fraud issue. Whereas this had also happened in the past, and it has taken more than a month sometimes to get autopay re-established in the account (with new card), I have never had a situation where I was assessed a fee. I called Mike's office and his office manager was able to get the return payment charge reversed almost immediately, and with absolutely no fuss. Sometimes it's beneficial to have been with a service provider for a long time! read more

Worst service ever had on 25 years dealing with car insurance. Very distant services. The agents said that they are not State Farm employees and that is the reason they can not provide quick services. We experienced 3 straight months of over billing. Each time Mike promised to solve the issue but the following month the same issue arose. After the 3rd month, I realized that Mike is a great guy who is incapable of fixing challenging situations. If you pay your bill, and don't have any changes or claims you will be fine but as soon as something becomes too complicated it will likely be way above the heads of those working at this agency. With all the agencies out there trying to get your business, you will very likely find one with more honest, competent people than here. read more

Honestly I can not say enough positive remarks about this office. I have been insured with them for over 6 years and they have been great. A while back we had a car accident with a uninsured motorist and State Farm took care of it and did not raise our rates. They also were very helpful with another accident in which the other parties insurance tried to place partial blame on us and State Farm went after them for the money and arbitration. Every time I call into the office they are always friendly and professional and polite. I tend to be always changing vehicles and State Farm has been there for me and is always ready to insure a vehicle same day. If you want crappy car insurance that has a one 800-number then you could probably save a few bucks and go with one of the company's who advertise saving you money. State Farm has been there for us when we actually needed them and this office was there with us every step of the way. Mike and Alisa have been great to me and Joanne was great also. read more

I've had lots of changes this year and every time I call I get a knowledgeable and helpful person. What I like most is they are honest and never give me the pushy sales talk and the runaround.
