I was told by all that they don't work on commercial freezers because it's impossible to get parts and didn't want to charge me for a wasted service call. Suncoast told me the same thing, they don't work on that model. A few days later Suncoast contacted me and told me that he now had the manuals and could effect repair. They were unable to locate the part required, per their diagnosis, to effect freezer repair. James said he looked all around locally unsuccessfully and suggested I try to find one myself. It's not repairable. I'm out $125 for service call.
