He never showed on Monday and I called at least 3 different times and left voicemails with no answer over the next 2 weeks. Finally got ahold of him and he came back and done the same thing he had already done previously and did not listen to us when we ask him to check the elements as well. After he was done he turned back on the water to the house and asked us to check if it was getting hot, we noticed there was little to no pressure. He then told us he made a mistake when flushing the system and did not us the pump first before flushing the lines so he thinks there is particles stuck in the lines. After taking apart my faucets in my shower to do something to fix that issue, he said 'alright your good to go', but did not ask us to recheck the pressure/heat again before he ran out the door. He has ghosted us again and we still have no hot water and now no pressure too. we have already received a bill for the first time he came and didn't do anything which I will not be paying.

The Good: Their Employees The crew were really a 5-star…read morerating. They were kind, respectful and honest. I had fun working with them, and they are a valuable asset to the company. The Bad: Communication Disconnect: There seems to be communication disconnect between the management/sales and crew. The crew showed up with 2 12' ladders (16' reach height) for a 24' ceiling spray job. They had to borrow my scaffolding to be able to tape off the rafters (wanted to leave them black and not have any spray foam on them). This was an inefficiency to the project. Equipment failure: The first day they discovered there was a plugged line. I helped troubleshoot for several hours and eventually we got the line flowing but ran out of time to spray that day. Second day: The spray gun malfunctioned. I helped troubleshoot for a couple more hours but without success. Lessons learned is the crews need time to service their equipment. Spending 4 or even 8 hours for an employee to complete full maintenance on a machine that costs tens of thousands of dollars is worth it in my opinion. Delays: The project was delayed multiple times due to other projects. After helping fix their machinery and the time off I had to take from work, I felt that it would be nice if they could could comp a portion of the spray or include another part of the house spray for free. After a negotiation attempt in person, I was told that they had plenty of business and would not be impacted if didn't use them for business. I left with my money back. I will not be using them again.
