I would highly recommend Kris. I called one morning and his voice mail stated he was with a customer and would call back, and he called back quickly. I discussed needing my bathroom drain unclogged and I mentioned his promotion he had listed so he explained how that worked. He also explained since we lived in the rural area up by the state line he would have to charge for gas, and asked if that was ok. Kris came out the same day I called and did exactly what we discussed and more, he did extra work and didn't even charge us so you definitely get your moneys worth with Kris. I love the professionalism, and kindness he showed with us and our problem. I also love the fact that he is a self owned business and I would much rather support them than a big corporation. After a frustrating "consultation" Mr Rooter I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Sweitzer. He came to my house (from Longview!) in Portland after hours and did an amazing job quickly fixing my problem. Kris was professional, honest, and helpful. Kris explained my problem and helped me with a solution that will save 1000's of dollars over time. We had Kris out to unclog a sewer drain today. So happy with his service! He unclogged the drain and then ran his camera through the pipe and found it was broken.
