We borrowed the trailer on 2 different occasions and it was simple and easy. Having that available definitely saved us money as we went through a move. Here's the best thing - when we completed our time there, we left the lock/key in the unit and I hadn't gotten around to calling to let them know our unit was empty and we were done. Well, THEY called US to let us know that they noticed our lock was off and the unit was empty, and when did we leave so we could get our payment for the month prorated/refunded! What a great way to do business - looking out for your customers in every way. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong with this family owned business.
