Front bumper/grill paint mismatch. Front hanging off the car/not aligned
    Devon H.

Watch my YouTube. This shop dropped my $150k car off their lift. This shop had my car for over a month to replace the front lip spoiler. I had to call every 3-4 days for updates because they certainly weren't going to call me. When I show up to pick up my car, the entire front end had been painted a mis-matched color. They replaced a bunch of un-necessary parts. Immediately I knew something was wrong. The owner goes on to tell me they damaged my car. He acknowledges the paint and body is not right. He has no plan other than to return my car devalued and in far worse condition

Got into a small car accident and my co worker recommended to take my car to Mikes Auto Collision. All I had to do is drop off my car, Mike and his team dealt with the insurance company and made my car look brand new!! Mike and his team are awesome! 100% satisfied Highly recommend!!!

    Scratches caused by the shop.

Randy has had Ms. Randolph's Buick Enclave for the past 8 months. Ms Randolph purchased the…read morevehicle from a private seller and within months, started giving her trouble. Randy stated that it needed a new engine. He put an engine in it for around $7000 and sold her a 2 year warranty through his business and now claims that he cannot fix it. This is not the first attempt at repair. It took nearly a year for the engine to be installed and was in and out of Randy's shop from December 2021 until Spring of 2024. Ms. Randolph has maintained auto insurance on the vehicle at $200/month since the day of purchase. In four years since the car was purchased, Randy has been in possession for nearly two of those years. Ms. Randolph is a widow, a single mom raising her three children, one of them a special needs child that requires a somewhat cumbersome stroller that she can no longer transport. When Ms. Randolph wants to do anything with her family, she now has to make two trips to her destination and two trips home with her current smaller vehicle And must remain local. Ms. Randolph has been more than patient. I can attest that I called today to speak with Randy only to be told that he was at a "boat shop or bolt shop" and he would call me back. He did not. I am not sure why this previous loyal customer is now no concern to Randy's Tires And Automotive. Randy has had possession of the vehicle since November. Ms. Randolph has had to cancel vacations and Randy has turned a deaf ear to her requests. Randy threatened that he was just going to have her come pick up the vehicle until he was reminded that it was running when it was dropped off, and the engine that he installed was under a warranty that he sold her. I will update this review as time progresses. Perhaps if enough people spread the word about how Randy preys upon the most vulnerable around Panama City, he will modify his business practices. Please stay tuned for further updates on other social media platforms as well as as local television news agencies so that I can forewarn future victims and spare them years of frustration. Randy, did I leave out any details or even slightly embellish the truth in any way? I look forward to your eventual reply and more importantly returning Ms Randolph's vehicle back on proper working order On a timely manner.

My truck has a new motor, with only a few thousand miles on it, which was done by a GREAT shop in Las Vegas... and I was hoping to find a shop here I could trust... these guys aren't it. When I dropped it off, because they needed to "check it out" I was very specific (IN WRITING ON THE INTAKE SHEET) about what it was doing (hard start with starting fluid only, no start once hot), and the cause (wont build oil pressure for fuel injectors due to poor seal (likely stand pipe O rings, etc))... even including the contact info for the shop in Vegas, who intimately knew the motor. A couple days later I get a call giving me the exact explanation I wrote down, and the quote to repair. I asked if they called the Vegas shop or did anything to more specifically narrow down the issue and was told NO. WHAT DID THEY DO AT ALL?! They apparently didn't even read my notes!! A WASTE OF TIME, and definately a WASTE OF MONEY for their "diagnostic". None the less, I need the truck fixed, so I went to talk to them, and potentially bring the truck home pending any warranty coverage from the motor manufacturer that might help with the repair costs. When I went to pick up my truck, the battery had not been charged and was too low to start. It would turn over, and even respond to the starting fluid (which helps spin up the motor a little faster to build pressure), but RPMs did not register while cranking (common when batteries are too low). These trucks have two batteries, and need at least around 11 volts minimum across both or the FICM may not function properly... ITS COMMON KNOWLEDGE! They did bring out a booster battery, but it wasn't enough to make up the differance. Id been in the office a couple times while I was trying to start it, and towards the later part of that visit, a gentleman who I assume was the owner or a manager started to aggressively tell me it wouldn't start because of the origional standpipe/oil pressure issue, dismissing and arguing against the low battery issue, as if I was expecting the truck to do anything differently than when I'd driven it there days before. It was clear I wasn't getting anywhere. I elected to return later to retrieve the truck and asked if they could charge the batteries (which seemed to get little response). I will say, they were kind enough to drive me home (also when I dropped off the truck)... but that was the ONLY good impression they made. I came back later in another truck and retrieved the batteries to take home to charge. I returned the next day and put the batteries back in the truck... AS EXPECTED it started up easily on the first try, and drove home just fine. While I appreciate and value professional knowledge (and am a professional in other industries), I cannot stand arrogance of "its so difficult you wouldn't understand", and especially when it comes with an argumentative tone. At the core of it, they charged me to do NOTHING... and told me nothing that I didn't already know. They could've just given me a price to do the standpipe o-rings/seals over the phone... even allowing margin for other potential issues... that would've been fair... but NOT charging me a couple hundred to turn the key, it not start, and say the obvious (and PREVIOUSLY KNOWN). They seem busy enough, but I guess they need to defraud people too. There is NO WAY that I can ever consider this business trustworthy, let alone fully competent (noting the battery issue). I was referred to another shop on the other side of the bridge... maybe I'll give them a shot.

The problem is that water is leaking into my break light and I have to keep replacing it. I asked the guy there, can't remember his name, and he was extremely rude to me for simply asking this question. The way he was acting was like I was ruining his day for needing this information about what I can do to repair this problem. He told me that the only thing I can do is just keep replacing the break light, which I know isn't true, he just didn't feel like dealing with it and clearly had better things to do. I did not appreciate this response. I was informed that I had a 1.5 hour wait for the oil change and this prompted me to inform the man that I have indeed changed my mind, and I would like my keys back please. I looked him in the eye and he looked at the wall. He gave me my keys back, and I cursed at him as I walked out the door. I gave them a hand gesture and I went home. I recommend you bring your business elsewhere. On my google review I was provided with a manager number: I called the number they provided, and the guy who calls himself "manager" didn't even know that he should be expecting my call. I asked him what he wanted and he couldn't even tell me. I asked him why was I told to call? He couldn't tell me; I asked him if he was out of his mind and he said I guess so. I told him to hang up the phone and he obeyed.
