If they had said the transmission needed to be replaced, I would have let them do that. It sucks that they ripped me off and probably didn't do anything except maybe switch out or disable a sensor (per my mechanic who is replacing the transmission).

Requested transmission issues diagnosis on my 2016 Ford Explorer Sport. I told them I thought it…read morewas the Transfer case, having experience with one in the past. After they diagnosed it I was told it was the transmission. Had them start to replace the transmission then received a call to come in. Got there and they showed me a pan that had oil and chunks of metal in it and they told me the Transfer case is bad also. SOB, I KNEW IT!!! Transmission was probably fine. So now, both got replaced. Another issue.... While removing the turbo intake tube, it somehow broke. I was told it was broken before and someone glued it, but I examined it and I know what a stretched plastic break looks like, that's exactly what happened to it during removal. Then they tried to charge me $350 for a new one. I wasn't happy, but I obtained one from Lakeland Ford for $175 and they installed it. Fast forward, literally 3 days after I took possession of my vehicle and out of the blue, my front driver side CV axle is spraying grease all over the inside of my wheel. Please keep in mind that the ONLY issue I was having with my vehicle was a surge between 35-50 mph. No leaks of any kind. Once they touched my vehicle, I started having these issues. Just one more reason I try and do all my own work. I WILL NOT go back to them, unless it's under the warranty and I WILL NOT recommend them to ANYONE!

Our…read moretranny on our Ford chassis RV was making an increasingly louder whine, which they diagnosed as a failing pump in early October of 2016. We are full-time in this RV, so time was crucial for us for numerous reasons. Bob gave us 3 options and we chose a rebuilt with a quote of around $6500, give or take, gave him a deposit on a Wednesday and he ordered the unit. We dropped the camper off Sunday and the following Friday it was done, $700 UNDER quote! He kept in touch with updates and was really clued in to the fact that this is our home and the inconvenience that created. We drove it back to our volunteer jobs in Arizona and it ran perfectly.
