He is trying to charge me $40 that we never discussed or agreed to. I find this unethical. If you are going to charge for an estimate it needs to be disclosed before the estimate not afterwards. I asked for an asphalt estimate and he told me that I needed concrete instead and then it would be $4500. My concrete is in good shape and is only a few years old so that's not what I needed or wanted. I had someone else do the asphalt work I needed. They said my concrete was in good shape and there was no need to replace it. read more

This man is crazy. The mailbox that he built was uneven the top was slanted. He didn't clean up the mess that was made the cement and all that that was around the mailbox. Someone was on my driveway. He finished really late at night started eight hours prior. The only thing I noticed that the mailbox plastic mailbox was bent already because of the top not being even but I didn't know that was causing it. I thought it was the way it was molded in that next morning. I noticed where the newspaper Square is didn't have a bottom inside. The whole mailbox was smothered in.mortar. I'd never expect anything specially with brick that it would be perfect but the whole thing was not up to par was not up to standards, but I'm not that picky and I'm definitely someone that will give someone the benefit of the doubt we all make mistakes things happen so he doesn't come that next day he doesn't come the day after that he doesn't come the day after that and finally I text him and I'm like you know what never mind I don't need you to come. You know we just leave this alone. Well I can't get anybody out here. No one will look at it. No one will do the work because they believe it should be tore down and another one should be rebuilt that it's so uneven it may not be stable. It'll be hard to level all these different reasons. I take another chance a week and a half later and say look if you would just give me some bricks cause I'm having a hard time finding the color bricks and another supply just so I can pay someone just to fix the top. He doesn't answer me so the next day now we're looking at about two weeks. I put a review in. He calls me up. He doesn't like it. We both agree. I'll take off the review if he would come in and come back and do some of the work that he said he was supposed to do two weeks prior, the cleanup the fixing on top of the mailbox, the newspaper Square and the mailbox itself that's bent no problem. He says he's on it. He'll be there Monday OK so the day that he comes almost 3 hours later than it supposed to he was supposed to call me first cause I already told him that I'll be running in and out of the house he doesn't call me and the only thing he did was power wash the ground around the mailbox not my driveway but just that area and sprayed it the mailbox to get some of that molar off too. I guess he didn't see the cameras all around the house so I text him and I tell him look why did you only do that power washing? You agreed to do this at the other then he calls me an hour later and was so rude and so condescending telling me he's going to charge me more for the work that I'm asking him to do everything he agreed on he doesn't want to do and now he's accusing me of being something I'm not and then I sent him a text and say I don't want you over here. No need to come back. you know what don't come back cause that's what he planned on doing and I said nope don't want you here. I honored their agreement. I took the review off and you were supposed to come back and finish the work and you were supposed to call me before you got there and I don't know why you're denying that you were here. I have cameras on and I saw you and he flat out lied to me flat out lie to me told me he was never there that he was on his way now. Crazy, crazy crazy crazy then proceeded to send me the nastiest text. I wasn't cussing at him. I wasn't being ugly in the beginning I was understanding that he got done late and there was some issues with the mailbox. I never except for text him when he didn't text me the last two days and that's when I said not dealing with him no more I took a chance because he said he was sick. That's why he wasn't able to get back here. I gave him the benefit of the doubt I didn't deserve this treatment. The work was shitty. His attitude is shitty and calling me what he did was so so on so many levels disrespectful wrong I would never let this man near my house near anywhere. I'm at something seriously wrong. I gave him many chances. There was no need and I paid him knowing that the work wasn't completely done just the cleanup alone and the mailbox being tilted. I didn't realize how bad it was until the next day and I took plenty of pictures. He didn't say sorry he didn't want to acknowledge what was wrong and to call me names like that was so unethical so many different levels. read more
