I'm not used to having a sprinkler system, so when I had a problem, I wasn't sure how to fix it. I could've spent my time researching repairs, and trying to fix it myself and probably failing... but instead I decided to call a professional. And professionals I got! Father/son team Dale and Dylan were great about communicating with me (especially since Hurricane Michael hit on the day they were supposed to come out!), and showed up on time to do the work. They immediately found the problem (a busted sprinkler head) and suggested we cap it off, since it was no longer needed in that position anyway. The previous owners had installed landscaping and a shed long after the sprinklers and had never adjusted the system, so Dale offered to do a complete survey of the system to identify any other issues. This is not like taking your car to a mechanic where (unless you're a mechanic) you don't know how truthful they're being. Everything Dale and Dylan explained was clear and made total sense - and will save a great deal of money and water in the future from "wasted spraying." In the end, they replaced five or six nozzles, two heads, capped another, and adjusted the spray volume on the rest. For all the work they did, they charged a very reasonable rate, and did the work quick and cleanly - without even messing up any of the landscaping! I'd recommend these fellas hands-down anytime you need great work done.

They came out a second time and replace the outlet PVC which was leaking. the pump still did not put out any water, so they told me I needed to get someone that digs wells. I called several companies and none of them worked on residential. I called Thomas Mason. He came out the next day. all my pump needed was the inlet PVC installed CORRECTLY. That said, Tyler assessed my system and discovered my pump was cycling frequently, sprinkler heads impacted below the base of the grass, sprinkler heads on the same zone as rotary sprinklers, and some sprinklers were too close to the house. In addition, he addressed my desire to add more heads to the back of my property and provided his professional opinion and advice. Once the assessment was complete and rough estimate of the time and cost, Tyler and Mike performed an irrigation system valve reconfiguration, zone expansion, sprinkler head maintenance, sprinkler head relocation, and installation of two valve boxes. This was a two-day project and I could not be more pleased with the SKILL, PROFESSIONALISM, and EFFICIENCY displayed by Tyler and Mike. Not sure if we were flimflammed or if the estimate of our landscaping job was so inaccurate the…read moretotal cost was $1200.00 more than the original estimated bill. We paid 1/2 the cost of the job 6/23/25 (original bid $2725), and date completed was 7/18/25....and this was not a big job. We have a small strip of backyard, maybe 15'x80' to be leveled with dirt and new sod placed. The workers were unreliable, they did not show up when scheduled and did not communicate until we reached out to them. They were not prepared, they dumped dirt in our backyard in the pouring down rain without tarps to protect from run off. My husband had to work the whole time they were here (and after they left) to cover the dirt with tarps and level off the ground for sod prep. One of the workers ran over our mailbox and didn't even tell my husband. I discovered it when I got home from work, he asked the workers about the mailbox, and the worker stated that he may have backed into it....too much! The extra charge of $1200 evidently was for the "miscalculation" of needed fill dirt. The dirt load they originally brought covered maybe 30% of the yard....I have pictures, that load did not cover much. Total job cost $3925.00.
