I had a car that broke-down on the side of a busy road late the other night…read more Long story short but the jist was that I had abandoned the broken car until the next morning. I called Hi-Tech Auto when they opened, they responded very speedily. I also had no other car to meet them at the abandoned car location but they quickly offered to come to me and get the key to the abandoned car. I informed them the location and they went to retrieve it...unfortunately it was no longer at the place it had died. Hi-Tech Auto made a few phone calls and tracked the car's location to an impound. They patiently worked with me, I had to pick up cash at the bank for the impound. Hi-Tech Auto took care of the headache of retrieving the impounded car for me and brought it back to the destination I specified. Very PRO, very communicative throughout the entire process, super honest, generous with their time, all at a very reasonable price considering how much time they took to get this job resolved for me. A++ to Hi-Tech Auto! Highly recommend!
