Because many people in this complex used them I figured I would call them when I needed electrical work. That need occured just before last Thanksgiving. Now I know two things about electricity: 1) it was discovered by Ben Franklin flying a kite and 2) my knowledge of how electricity works is limited the light comes on when the switch is in the on position and goes off when the switch is in the off position. I know how to change a light bulb but beyond that I am lost. So I needed a professional to come out and since I would often see the familiar red work van I figured I would call them. I had them come out last November to install an outlet on a tower light so we could plug in Christmas lights. I call it a tower light. It it near the front lawn. It is powered by solar and comes on automatically. The worker, and I want to say his name was Frank, did a great job. He was friendly, courteous, polite, and did the jobs pretty quickly. The Christmas lights looked nice. I had them come out on May 13, 2021 to replace a light fixture, replace a light switch that was worn out, repair a kitchen light (the bulb socket had a short in it), install a smoke detector in the bedroom, and retro fit 2 2-tube florescent fixtures in the basement with LED bulbs. We needed a plug put in our outbuilding for our RV and we had an issue with a plug in the house. Eathan was very nice and very professional. He had us test the RV to make sure the new plug worked. Then he had to figure out why the plug in the house wasn't working. He thoroughly investigated and eventually fished a new connection through the wall. Just a note - we recently bought this house and had no idea the plug in the guest bath wasn't connected to anything. Eathan got it working and cleaned up his mess after.
