Got it towed to my friend's garage and it turned out they didn't even tighten the drain plug AND the oil filter was just hanging there by a loose thread. The kicker of it all. The service was bad and the employee there is very unprofessional. Now I'm not here to demand any kind of compensation or pay back. I just rather never to bring my business back here ever again and just wanted to warn others so they don't have to go through the same thing I did. Thankfully I just parked my car soon after oil change. Imagine If I had driven on the highway. This would be a totally different matter.

Went in for a booked AC service. They had the car for 6 hours charged a full load of refrigerant…read moreand send me off. Then they called back and told me the system was not charged after all because of a leak. I could get a refund for the not added refrigerant or let them fix the leak. However they also told they were not able to find the leak. An hour later I got a quote to replace the AC compressor, evaporator for 2940 dollar on top of the already charged 500 to recharge. I opted for the refund for the not charged charge of 300 but they still took out the refrigerant that was in the system and charged the service and charging of the system. Next week I went to an other shop with a good reputation on AC service, they did a UV test, they did a smoke test twice, a soap test and applied 15PSI of pressure. No leaks detected. They hooked up the AC machine again and could hold a vacuum and not find a leak. So maybe this shop can can rotate a tire but don't go here for AC service. And yes I can prove this with the bills.

When I went to OK Tire here in Okotoks I found the crew there knowledgable, pleasant and accommodating both with tires and mechanical problems. Shayne and his crew are always professional and safety conscious. Shayne also does his best to ensure affordability which is also important to those of us that are retired and on a pension. We were not able to make a deal as we do not expect to pay full asking price on a used vehicle. We saw almost the same exact car (same model, almost identical mileage, same colour and package for $2000.00 less) in Airdrie. Our only issue with the one in Airdrie was the windshield did not have tinting on the top. High river was willing to put that in as the windshield was chipped anyway and had to be replaced.
