At this point, I lived in calgary and CSN was in Okotoks. This wasn't too much of a problem as they had a car rental right beside them so I got a rental as soon as I dropped off my vehicle. The owner is very pleasant and goes above and beyond for his clients. Insurance covered 100% of the damages on my vehicle and I barely had to do anything and everything was settled through CSN. It only took less than 2 weeks before I got my vehicle back and it looks amazing! Totally worth the drive! I knew I could trust him as he had done work for me in the past when he worked at a different shop, and I was right. He took care of everything. My dad had no idea how to navigate the whole insurance thing and I was in a different country so I pretty much had to rely on Garry for everything. They handled all of the claim paperwork, got all the necessary authorizations from the other guy's insurance company and booked my dad's car in for repair. They even offered to come pick my dad's car up because it was so far out of the city. Luckily I was able to have the car delivered to the shop so that they didn't have to go out of their way. They brought the car in on a Tuesday and it was finished before the weekend. Fixed, painted and cleaned inside and out. And without any issues, no drama, and no trying to upsell my elderly dad.
