HE WILL NAG THE HELL OUT OF YOU TO GET PAID, THEN TRY TO FORCE YOU INTO SIGNING A CONTRACT. ONCE HE GETS YOUR MONEY, HE WILL REFUSE TO DO THE WORK AND LIE TO YOUR FACE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! IF YOU THINK THIS IS JUST A VENDETTA, TAKE A LOOK AT THE SCREENSHOTS AND THE COMMUNICATIONS. I found Ryan by flagging him down at a house where he was working in the neighborhood of my rental house. He agreed to service the property, and requested that I sign a one-year contract for his services. In my experience, this is unheard of for residential landscaping, so I told him that I was very uncomfortable with that, and would need to see how things go for a couple of months before making a decision. During the first month, I had to track him down a couple of times to get the property serviced. I told him I was uncomfortable with signing a contract, so we agreed that I would be a monthly customer. With this agreement, I paid him for the months of April and May 2026. He serviced the property on 5 May 2026 and never returned. I had to constantly reach out to ask him when he would be servicing the property, although he repeatedly gave his word, he never kept it. All that I got was flaky BS excuse after flaky BS excuse. Since he still owed me one more service before the end of the month, I intended to let him finish the month out, then terminate his services. No one should ever need to spend time chasing down someone to do work they were paid to do. After all, time can be wasted without spending one dime, and we can all get angry for free. Then he actually had the UNMITIGATED GALL TO SEND ME AN INVOICE FOR JUNE!!!!! When I requested a refund because he only serviced the property once in May, he became rude and confrontational as though I had no right to expect him to keep his word or to receive service I paid for. Initially, I thought I was only due a refund of $82.50 for the fourth service. But going through the messages to create this review, I realized that I paid him for four services, yet only received one. Therefore, he owes me a refund of $244.50. I'm going to take him to Small Claims court because he cannot be trusted to tell the truth. I'm also reporting him to the State Licensing authority regarding his dishonest behavior. The issue is not the small amount of money. It's the principle of him thinking he get away with stealing my money, then tell me to shut up about it. That's got my blood a-boiling. The screenshots are not AI or otherwise falsified. They were screenshots of a real conversation - which I will be bringing to court.

    Morris Law was recommended to me by a friend and in the beginning, they were ok. You would often…read morehave to remind them to come ad do your lawn. I chalked that up to just being too busy. As time went by that got even worse. Having to text them to tell them that my lawn needed to be mowed. About 18 months ago I asked for a recommendation for a bush to plant in front of my place near the road for a hedge. Mike suggested boxwood so I planted about 20 of them. Over $1000.They started to turn brown and after being told that I didn't water them enough we all came to the conclusion that it was the dreaded fungus going around this area that was doing in boxwood. Everyone knows about it and it is all over the internet. So we ended pulling them all up at which time Mike said: "I am responsible for these we will plant something else". Well, that never happened and as I tried to mention to him that there must be some kind of warranty on the plants he said "oh yes" that's my responsibility. That's when they stopped returning my calls and to this day have done nothing to resurrect the situation. They simply waited until I had to fire them for a lack of returning my calls. I am quite sure that they were happy to receive my message telling them I no longer needed them. Not a great way to do business. I depended on them to guide me as to what to plant and now I have holes in the ground. I have since been told that boxwood never would have grown there for lack of sun. The entire experience has been really disappointing, I would not recommend!
