I'm currently TDY on the time of this review…read more But I want to express some frustration by the lack of communication here. I feel like I've been straight forward and respectful of their time. But some communication and transparency would go a long way. I messaged here on July 19th asking for a service for this week of July 27 and another on the week of august 10th. They replied saying "I can get that on my schedule now". Normally, they swing by around Tuesday. so I asked someone to go check, later in the evening, to see if the lawn gets done but it wasn't. No issue with that. Sent another follow up message on yelp asking them to message me when they're on the way. They replied saying Friday which I agreed would be fine. Saturday now rolls around and nothing. Frustration aside, I think what they do well, is that they were quick to respond when asking for a quote on yelp. As well as actually providing lawn care but this lack of communication/transparency is both frustrating and disappointing.

I hired the company to fix a chain link fence and received a quote for the work, which included…read morematerial and labor. During that time I asked him to provide the receipt for the material. The quality of work was extremely poor and he didn't complete the work as intended. He refused to provide the receipt as documentation of the supplies purchased and increased the cost for labor. From day one, Mr. Ceasar and his crew worked from early morning until nearly sunset. We've lived in…read moreour home for 34 years, and those trees were here many long years before us. The hurricane beat them up pretty bad. Although we feel somewhat exposed, the comfort of knowing the threat of gigormous limbs continuing to fall on us is GONE!!! The stumps were grinded to shreds, and all debris was removed promptly. They have excellent work ethics: no profanity, smoking or loud music either. A respectful crew. The total cost was beyond reasonable. We highly recommend Grand Magnolia. I forgot to mention, I asked for a recommendation for repairing our fence which was also damaged. I didn't realize fence repair and replacement was another service they offer. Completely repaired and a brand new gate in hours. It's a wonderful feeling to have the sense of relief from the danger of the trees!!! We are very grateful they squeezed us in their very busy schedule because he could see the danger lurking...only a matter of time...
