This laundromat, plus wash-and-fold did exceptional work from start to finish! They picked up my loads in a timely manner, and brought them back just as quickly. Everything was folded beautifully, but what pleased me the most was how my garments and other washables were separated according to category - like a bag for tops, a bag for pants, a bag for sheets etc., Sarah, Nicole and Gary are also very friendly and helpful. I contacted this company to clean a few pair of jeans. Their initial response was great, they came…read moreto pick up the clothing with in a hour and scheduled a return date the following week. Their cleaning bill was and the owner left with the items. Since then, they did not showed up on the return date to return the clothing, they have not answered or returned any of my calls, e-mails, or text messages. The have accepted the money, and at this point 3 weeks later I consider the clothing stolen. I would never recommend this company and think they should be reported for the theft of the clothes and money they took for the cleaning.
