There are not alot of Indian Dealerships around, so the ones here have a monopoly on the product which can lead to deteriorating service. So far, with the limited dealings with Battleship Indian, it has been a pleasant experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I spoke to Anthony, service advisor, who was a great help with a uncovered warranty issue. He got the matter resolved in a timely manner and to everyone's satisfaction. I will continue to use this dealership and refer everyone over to them. It is worth the extra 45 minutes to ride there than go locally. I will update as I have more sales and service contact with them.

I've had to bring it back multiple times for the same issue, and it has never been fixed or properly addressed. Every time they say it's repaired, I get it back with the same problem still there. I've even provided videos showing exactly what's wrong, but they still claim nothing is wrong. The staff act very unprofessional and seem completely unqualified to do repairs. They've stopped answering my calls, told me I would be blocked, and even said they left my four-wheeler outside for me to pick up, which is completely irresponsible and puts my property at risk. My kids haven't been able to enjoy this four-wheeler since we bought it, and the whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Do not buy from B Powersports , the products are unreliable, and the service is the worst I've ever experienced.

Our most recent experience was especially frustrating. We had an appointment at 9:30 AM to have a check-engine light diagnosed. After dropping the car off, we heard nothing all day. At 5:00 PM, I finally called to find out whether the car was ready and was told they had not even had a chance to look at it. At that time, I was told they would waive the $220 diagnostic fee for the inconvenience. When we returned the following day, our service advisor, Jason, told us he had checked with the service department and they were unable to waive the fee after all. With tax, we paid approximately $246 simply to be told what repairs were needed, which would have cost another roughly $800. What makes this particularly disappointing is that we previously had an excellent Mercedes-Benz service department in Charlotte. We know firsthand the level of customer service Mercedes owners can receive, and our experiences in Wilmington have been nowhere close. When someone purchases a luxury vehicle, the service department is a major part of the ownership experience. After purchasing two vehicles here, we expected much better communication, follow-through, and customer service--especially when we were specifically told a charge would be waived. Unfortunately, the service experience has now cost this dealership our future business. This will be the last Mercedes we purchase from Bob King Mercedes-Benz.
