Regan Rudbeck was very helpful and he never used any high pressure sales tactics. The motor was installed on time by there very meticulous service staff and there was workmanship was amazing. The motor works as perfectly and I would highly recommend using their services. I know will visit them again in a heartbeat.

The salesperson, Christian, said "I can sell that boat" and gave us a very good offer, sight unseen. Our boat was delivered to Walker Marine for inspection and shop review. After hearing nothing by the second day I called Christian. He told me I misrepresented our boat and they may have to have it repainted for a cost of $5,000+/-. Our boat is gorgeous and is in excellent condition for a 10-year-old boat. I ask, why didn't you do an on-sight inspection before making your offer. "He didn't have time to leave due to his sales". I'm sure Christian overextended himself with his offer and needed to back out. Dave, the owner of Walker Marine wouldn't talk to me to discuss the issue. Next thing I heard was "we're bringing your boat back and cancelling the deal." How do you tell someone we will give you X amount for a trade, make a deal, and then when they get the item that is pristine, say YOU as the seller misrepresented, when they didn't have the time to come and appraise.
