So, we took it back, and now, 2 months later, we got it back, "fixed," for the time being. However, 2 of the feet on the bottom of the microwave were missing. Apparently they were broken off, and they tried to silicon something in its place. The 2 missing feet were gone when we got it. I don't recommend going here at all for appliance repairs.

Their T&C state that once the month starts you are on the hook for the full monthly rate, but they can do whatever they want. They don't HAVE TO charge you for service you didn't receive. I called and asked for some flexibility. They denied me. So, lesson learned. Bad customer service. I'll try someone else and see how it goes. Plus went from 80mbs to 650mbs for $5/mo less. That's all you really need to know.
