We were on our way from Dallas to Arkansas to visit my bf's 83 year old mom, to help build her…read morewhite picket fence that was old and badly need to be torn down. James's Range Rover that's about 8 years old, when we were passing this town in Arkansas... as we were following a handful of those big long commercial trucks, stopped working. It was a very stressful experience- luckily we were not following them too close and was able to pull the car and trailer aside. Trailer had heavy machineries and all the prepaid and prepped wood fence for his mom = heavy. We went to Yelp and start checking where we can go because it's not safe to drive without a working brake! This place was recommended by another local shop who couldn't help us. They seemed friendly and very helpful. Got a part *rushed-in about 2.5 hours later, from a local Ford dealership or something. We came back from a long lunch and he sent us on our way after charging a few hundred bills. We were so grateful and kept thanking them. We left and 30 minutes away, the brake stopped working again! This time we almost hit a vehicle and managed to avoid and swerved into safety. We were both in shock and disappointed/upset! Long story short, we had to pay more money for them to tow it back to their shop. Spent overnight so they can figure out what's wrong with it. We took a chance to drive slowly like molasses back to Dallas! It is not safe to go to his moms. James's Euro mechanic he has been going to checked it and let us know that the part used was not new at all. It was crafted to look new on the outside but inside its all damaged and plasticky, melted.. He saved us the part and showed James everything. We were really upset that they sent us out on the freeway, knowing that the brake part was not the real deal. When James called to let them know, instead of owning it and say hey... what can we do to help you? He just blamed on this or that.. We felt compelled to share our experiences. The owner did say, strangers who passes through - they have no choice and has to pay whatever price. We don't mind paying a fair price but for authentic part. Don't say it's a new part from the Ford or whatever dealership, but the inside is not new! Refurbished or whatever it was, not a NEW piece... As a result, my bf decide to take on a new project weeks after- he bought a 1969 truck to learn everything about the engine etc etc... so we will never be in that position again. Btw, we didn't sleep for 3 nights and the stress was significant, it took us a whole week to recuperate. We didn't get home till 2am. Yes to Helping others in the best way you can, just be honest, have lots on open communications, please do not bs. We felt that we were being taken advantage of. And WE LIKE OUR * MECHANIC!

I was stranded on the highway & had to pay an additional fee to have the bus towed to a storage yard. I have no idea how I'm going to get the bus back to Memphis which is 7 hours away. These people knew that the transmission was bad & they sold it to me anyway. The bus was also infested with black poisonous spiders. Gary is the one that sold me the bus. The bus also had a lean on the title which they failed to mention. This is one of the most terrible feelings that I've ever felt in my life. We could've been killed due to the bus stalling in the middle of traffic on the expressway. It's by the grace of God that a guy in a 18 wheeler stopped to help us by using his truck to block traffic behind us. These people are not honest. This entire operation is a scam.
