First time here, thought I would bring my vehicle here for maintenance. Positives: kids area small but clean Car was washed Tall counter area with outlets for getting work done. Negatives: Coffee bar is Uber unwelcoming and the coffee was old and burnt. 100's of old magazines Oil change and wash took 2 hours and I was the only one there. Lady sitting at counter unwelcoming and on cell phone. TV not on No decorations for holidays, or music or festive So, without sounding spoiled, you don't have to have a bougie coffee bar or a big screen television. You don't have to have fall decorations.But you should be welcoming and maybe have a welcoming atmosphere. Car sales here may not be a problem, but knowing a dealership will try to make you comfortable while you have no choice but to wait on service, means the world. I want my vehicle service contract cancelled and I feel like I keep getting the runaround for the last month and a half. Every time I call, no one is there that is able to assist me. Terrible customer service. I had to drive almost a hour and half to talk to someone, but even then, it seems no progress has been made on cancelling these add-ons that I told the salesman I didn't want in the first place. I will never buy a vehicle from here again and I will make sure all my friends, family, coworkers, and acquaintances know to avoid this dealership. I'll even tell complete strangers. Last week (1/31/24), I brought my Ford Focus to Blake Utter in for transmission repair. I was originally told that my vehicle would be ready for pickup the following Friday (2/2/24). I went from being confidently told that my vehicle will be ready to pickup on that Friday to maybe Saturday depending on "if the technician can get away from his wife long enough." (their words, not mine). I did not appreciate the attempt of a joke I was told over the phone, as I am really anxious about getting my car back and resuming my life. Then I was told it will be ready to be picked up Monday (2/5/24). My biggest qualm is how nonchalant the staff at Blake Utter Ford seems to be with getting me back on the road. I go to college in a city an hour away and have had no other choice but to miss classes for almost a week now. I am having to rely on friends and family to take me to work because the dealership has no more loaner cars available. I feel as if I am in no fashion important to the service staff and that the work that needs to be done on my car is some sort of side-project with no deadline. I keep seeing ads on TV about how the Utter Family dealerships are expanding their service department due to the growth in Texoma. But so far, I have seen no growth. These ads are a lie. If you bring your vehicle in for service, be prepared to wait an unforeseeable amount of time and to be treated as if your means of transportation is not important to them. read more

my truck was brought in for a diagnostic test, I payed for what the test called to have done . When called to pick my truck up they had to find it in the parking lot first then the battery was dead. I left it there and picked it up the next day after spending over $1000 ( we were told the battery ran down because they worked on it with the door open??) I had to take it back 2 days later because it would not start, after 2 weeks with the truck they said once again it's fixed! If anything It has gotten worse. i have had my truck back for 8 days and it has started once , dead since then. The service department is very unprofessional towards Thier customers and frankly assholes!!! We were told all they knew was take the battery back where you got it!!( the battery was brand new and tested good by the way mr. JB!!! We traveled over 120 something miles to buy this used truck and we were not disappointed. Caleb Whittaker was our salesman and he even came in on his day off to sell us a 2013 Ford F-150 that looked brand spanking new. The previous owner (who we found out later worked in the service department) kept up with all the maintenance and really took care of his truck. We would like to thank him too and let him know that we will continue to take care of his truck just like he did. Caleb wasn't pushy (we hate pushy) and very knowledgeable about the truck. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, even if you have to drive a little farther, it will be worth it. read more

I took my 2008 Ford F-150 here to get work done. After I picked it up, I feel like they don't car about their customers, they just care about money. They forgot to put my coolant tank cap back on, causing it to lose all of it's coolant and overheat the engine. After they brought me the cap on the side of the road and gave me coolant, The truck still overheated. That was the full reason it was there, to figure out why it was overheating. If they had actually looked over the truck, and actually test drove the truck long enough, they would have seen it overheat and fix the issue. I would not recommend talking your car or truck here to get service. They have lost a customer for life. read more

I would not recommend the body shop. I would call it a scam shop. Took a car there to get an estimate, gave me a low ball estimate. Took the car in to get the work done, they start on it and decide the estimate is way off. There was damage they did not see until they took the car apart. Only problem is, I saw the damage. So, they did a lousy estimate job, and due to that, charge me for putting the stuff back on that was needlessly taken off. This was nothing more than an intentional money grab. Took the car elsewhere for repairs. Will never go there again. Very disappointed in their service. read more

He very clearly projects an authentic work ethic that is friendly, knowledgeable and directed toward the customers needs and preferences. Best auto salesperson I've known in years of buying cars. Chad in financing has also been a great person to work with. He has a good sense of what the customer can and can't do and, based on that, doesn't provide a pressure-filled, tense scenario. Will not be going back to the service department. I needed one tire. Had to get it ordered so it shows up. I go in and they tell me it will be an hour and a half. I tell them I do not have that long and that I need to be somewhere and can come back. The service rep says he will go check. He comes back and tells me he can get mine next and it will not be an hour and a half. I trusted him. An hour and 40 minutes later it is ready. Glad my schedule does not matter. Let me begin by stating that I don't usually write reviews, and when I do, I attempt to be as generous and fair as possible. The initial buying experience here was good. However, since making my purchase I've determined the Extended Warranty does not cover enough to permit my finances to maintain the expense for the duration of the loan. On four prior occasions, I have contacted this dealer to make arrangements for cancellation of this service within the thirty days allowed under contract. Apparently they have only one person to administrate such matters and she has been unreachable for the better part of two and a half weeks, and no one even returned my first phone call, made more than three weeks ago. I find it pretty appalling that there is nobody available to assist a customer during the extended absence of an employee. I now have to make arrangements to work from home (for a second time) to make myself available before the 30 contract days are up and how that the lady in question will see me, since she will be slammed with other customers, according to the receptions. Days after my purchase, I was singing Blake Utter Ford's praises. It's really a shame I have to change my tune and caution against dealing with these guys. To make matters worse, this isn't the only problem I've had with their service! But it is the most serious one. I may have made a mistake in the initial purchase, but there is no reason this process should be this difficult. I hope they will consider making somebody else available to assist people during Miss Brown's future vacations so they don't risk losing additional customers. Just moved to the area and came to this locations service center for oil change, tire rotation, etc. we received a phone call stating that vehicle was ready but the battery was leaking ( it has done this for the last 3 years and our last does dealership has always said the battery is fine but to clean it regularly and have it checked) and the charge was lower than normal but should be fine. We asked if it needed to be replaced and was informed by Jim that it did eventually but probably fine for now. We then went to pick up the vehicle and the receptionist stated that she left the vehicle running because she was not sure it would start back up as it needed a new battery and we didn't want to replace it??? She and another women at the desk began to laugh at my husband and mocking him about how he didn't want it replaced. At this point we walked out confused- did it need to be replaced or not? My husband was informed that it did not by repair technician but it did by receptionist ( in a very unprofessional, mocking manner). I called and talked to Jim again and he said why yes it needs to be replaced and then went on to tell me he can't make people do services that are recommended and that he would discount the repair by $20 for the unprofessional receptionist. Why wasn't the recommendation made in the first place? Why was disrespect comments and mocking occurring at pick up? Extremely disappointed as wanted to come to this location long term. We would have done anything recommended but it wasn't stated to us that it needed to or not- just eventual recommendations. All I was told after stating concerns with visit was " ok". He didn't talk down to me and he didn't get annoyed when I asked random questions. He was very patient with me and very kind. Any good review for this has to be fake. I created my Yelp account just to review this place. We drove from Mississippi to Texas in order to purchase a car that I was told was in excellent condition "clean carfax" Brad Karrigan kept saying. Within 15 seconds I could tell the entire left side and rear bumper had been repainted. The had previously been wrecked. Took it to a local shop and 4 pages of codes popped up. He said the codes just hadn't been cleared. Every electrical component on the car had thrown a code. Cleared or not, I reluctantly walked away after spending approx. 500$ on the trip out there. Then he starts messaging me telling me he would sue me for slander and that he bought the car which was no longer for sale. my son just bought a used jeep grand Cherokee from them, someone had just traded it in. they said it was in great condition and they had checked it out and changed oil and fluids and all. apparently not. he had this car for two weeks and it started leaking oil,he hasn't even made his first payment on it. i know it is a as is purchase, but I believe they knew it had a problem and I let them know and they wont respond at all--of course. anything to sell a car, very disappointing. i hate buying cars. read more
