I was asked to wait 15 minutes for the repair. If it takes 15 minutes to repair, why weren't they worked on in the scheduled time of 3weeks I was told? Also my shoes were separated & had to wait for them to find in the rubbish the pair. My shoes were returned with stains. I decided to not wait the 15 minutes and took my shoes for repair elsewhere.
