When I first went in to get the dress fitted, Stephanie was unpleasant and made me feel rushed. When I went back to pick up the dress, the dog (which was not there the first time I was there) was running around all over the place next to the dresses. One of the shoulders that she altered was off and she kept telling me to go get "body tape" and it would fix it which was clearly so she wouldn't have to fix her mistake. After basically being rushed out and making me feel bad for asking her to fix something that I paid for, I grabbed my dress and left. The next day I tried it on again and noticed that the bottom was SO CROOKED. One side was about 1 inch off the ground compared to the other. I called them to see if they could please fix it and Stephanie was extremely rude, saying she couldn't do anything about it, that I must be making it up and insulting me and saying that I was "too picky." Overall I regret going to this place and trusting them with my dress. Please save your time, money and sanity and go anywhere else but here.
