No one should call anyone else. I asked him to look at my very old computer I loved my computer. I did tell him that if it couldn't be fixed I than was looking for a new one. My old computer couldn't be fixed so he quoted me with a new computer. Mike did me good with my new computer. People please give him a call. Val read more

I contacted Mike's Tech Repair via email and received a quick response. I needed help with a new computer, transferring files, setting up email, etc. However, I was receiving error codes. Mike offered to come to my location the next morning to troubleshoot the issue. Thank goodness! He made some adjustments and I was up and running in no time! It was time and cost-effective. I recommend Mike's Tech Repair. I will use his service in the future, should I need it. read more

These people yelled at my friend for cleaning up their mess, and now doesn't even feel like they actually own their own computer. No company should treat their customer base in such a humiliating fashion, especially if they're the only available computer repair shop in the town. What's even more humiliating than the services provided is the fact that this company that repairs computers, doesn't even have a website. Treat your customers better and do a good job, that's what gets repeat happy customers. I'm not asking for an apology from people I know won't give it. I'm telling you guys to get better at doing your jobs and provide the service that you charge for. I hope a competing PC repair company opens a shop in ironwood and after showing you guys what real service looks like, and drives you guys to shut down, and denies all of your staff when they try to jump ship to work at the other repair shop.

Terrible snow removal service. They stay in their truck so not all of the driveway gets done and…read morethey block our mailbox with snow instead of clearing it. I'd prefer a snowblower used. They did our walkway once then nothing. Didnt even remove the snow shelf above the walkway. They moved our trash cans to plow which is ok if they were put back. Instead, they put them out of the way from the trash truck and the trash truck had to move them to have proper access(didnt know until after) I can understand being busy but do it right or not at all! $40 to clear the snowplows mound in front of our driveway is a rip off!
