My child getting hurt, bee sting at one point and no call, when talked to office no one know anything, get the run around excuses. Also I saw many parents come in at time as I was in office with consers to address and the office staff along with the principal being really rude towards these parents. So am not the only parent having issues When address these issues all staff including superintendent lacks consers they seem to say, first time I've heard, yet I've seen and myself complaining of issues to be addressed. Schools are not like they us to be. Sad to say I'll be pull my kid out of this school and getting home school instead.

I successfully navigated Kaiser's process which is terrible if you're neurodivergent, but ultimately their Psychiatric team diagnosed me with ASD. I was a patient here back a couple of years ago and everything they tell you on their website is a…read morelie. I was at the Sacramento location and stuck there for 9 months. Staff were not trained and physically restrained us and were mentally and emotionally abusive. The "schooling" they offer is not real and I was set back a whole school year due to them not properly educating us. I was continually belittled and there were little to no therapy programs actually provided. Some of the things they won't advertise is the time out shed and the fact you are forced to clean up animal manure as a punishment. There is no air conditioning in most of the houses and they force you to work outside in the peak of summer even if you tell them you feel like you are going to pass out. This place was a group home and a halfway home, I was in there with juveniles, foster kids and others with mental illness. I was personally in there for depression and it only got worse over the time I was there. There were only 3 staff members that actually cared about the patients and agreed that we were being mistreated. Many of the staff that I knew from my time there have now quit due to the mistreatment of the patients. The year before I went to this program a staff member was arrested for molesting patients (you can look this up online if you don't believe me). I can assure you many more lawsuits will arise over the years due to how we were all treated. Many people I was in there with suffer from severe trauma. When I was there it got so bad that kids would constantly try and run away, during one of those attempts staff let police assault and detain a patient and another one was hit by a car while trying to get away from staff. Please do not subject your child to the things I had to go through and witness at 15 years old, I still have nightmares of this place and it saddens me people do not know the truth.

Used Durham School Services for our wedding in Grass Valley. The first bus, showed up with 0 people…read moreon it. The bus driver decided to leave the hotel without any passengers, without checking around the hotel. This is despite me leaving messages and having confirmation that the bus would leave from the parking lot the week prior. We were able to get guests to run around the hotel and redirect the driver towards the back of the hotel, but many of our guests ended up taking ubers since they needed to get there earlier. Not ideal. When we called the Durham after to discuss, they took no responsibility for the additional burden. Know there are not many bus companies up there so not many options, but try to ask for your contract to be revised to include additional considerations. In general, would not recommend if possible.

They are friendly, helpful and clearly care about kids. My other child takes a different school bus with the same company and all has been well.

My daughter made great progress in her 6 days in the math program that Karen offers, and we are so thrilled with the results. Paid in full and Failed to perform training…read more I wish I could give zero stars. I paid in full for behind-the-wheel training for my son and received only one lesson. Despite numerous follow-up emails, the owner has gone completely silent and refuses to issue a refund for the services not provided. Multiple people I know had recommended Referral Driving School and praised their high success rate, so I reached out in early March 2026 for training. On March 12, owner Brian emailed me the pricing: a single session for $109 or a discounted 5-class package for a one-time payment of $495. The email clearly stated that choosing the package option would confirm the appointments. I went with the 5-class package and paid the full $495. Brian scheduled our first lesson for March 18 at 5:30pm. He showed up 30 minutes late but delivered a solid training session and said my son was already progressing well. The next day I emailed to schedule the second lesson. On March 20, Brian replied that he also works in Las Vegas and would get back to me soon to reschedule. On March 23 he said he was still out of town but would schedule the next session shortly. That was the last I ever heard from him. I followed up repeatedly on April 1, April 17, April 29, and again today (May 5) requesting a refund for the four unused sessions. No replies, no calls returned, no refund. Nothing. This is unacceptable. I paid for a service in good faith based on their own pricing and confirmation, and they have essentially taken the money and disappeared. If you're considering this driving school, do yourself a favor and only pay for one lesson at a time. Do not prepay for a package. I'm posting this review in hopes that Referral Driving School will finally do the right thing and refund the $396 I'm owed for services not rendered. Prospective customers deserve better.

Next, they scheduled an appointment for 1:00 but on the day of the appointment at 12:45 they contacted me that i would have to wait until 2 oclock even though I was in the parking lot. Obviously my time was of no value to them either time. On all they're emails, they make it very plain that missed appointments will cost $50. However, when they screw up, it's tough for you. Make sure you read the bad reviews they have gotten and compare them to mine. They're office, which was a converted yogurt shop, was very drab and dingy and not what you would expect for a medical office. (It didn't seem very clean to me as well). I was scheduled to see an "assistant " not a certified physical theraptist. This assistant was going to diagnose what my pain was but he was not an educated, certified professional. However, I was going to be charged as if I was being seen by the physical therapist. I mean, if your expensive sports car needs service, do you want the assistant mechanic to work on it or the real mechanic? All in all I would not recommend Burger physical therapy if you want quality medical care.
