As a result of their cleaning, they left a huge neon green stain on the front that was not there before. The employee cleaning the couch assured us that this was normal and when it dried we wouldn't be able to see it. Now that it has dried, the stain is actually worse than when it was wet. I called and asked the owner if there was anything we could try to get the stain out. The response left me shocked and in tears. Ken yelled at me, told me I was a "young little girl" that didn't know what I was talking about, that it was my fault and then hung up on me. He also denied the entire interaction from his employee even though I have the whole thing recorded and sent it to him. Leaving the stain really wasn't that big of a deal had we been able to just try and get it out somehow, but the response from the owner was truly like nothing I've ever experienced. I would really hate for this to happen to anyone else so I highly recommend Deep Eddy Cleaners instead, who graciously helped us when I explained to them what happened.

After we started to move in, we found the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned out and dishes from the previous owner were still in some of them. The dust and cobwebs on the walls and ceiling were a specific item I requested to be cleaned and they were not touched. The bathroom showers still had not been cleaned. The carpets were supposed to be steam cleaned but the small machine they used did no good. They didn't even vacuum up after using the steam cleaner. He did say it would be a couple weeks but after three weeks I contacted the owner and he said they would come the following week to complete the work I needed. I contacted him two days before to get an arrival time and the phone went to voicemail. I left a message with my phone number and I never heard back from him. The day arrives that they were suppose to start the work and they never showed up nor did they communicate with me. Here's the thing, if you didn't want to accept the work, just say so and I would get other people to give me an estimate. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
