During our first phone conversation she took the time to get to know my husband and I and what vision we were going for with our wedding. She came up with amazing location ideas and was open to working with whatever we wanted. During the engagement shoot she knew the location so well that she was able to get the perfect lighting, angles, spots, and poses to really utilize the space well. She created some of the most amazing shots and the editing and finish she was able to put onto the photos was just enough to make them absolutely perfect without creating something that wasn't there. During the wedding, she came a day early to make sure she could scout the location and come up with a plan for where and how she wanted to do the photos. She came with her husband as her second photographer which we loved. Her husband took the pre-photos of my husband and the guys and we had Audree for our getting ready photos with the ladies. They both not only captured good quality photos, but they captured such amazing moments. You could see my husband and his friends' personality shine through each photo of them. As for Audree's photos of us she captured the nerves, the love, the joy, and the beauty that was my getting ready process. They also managed to find time to get some great photos of the reception hall which I was more than thankful for since I didnt get to see the finished product before our reception. For my wedding day there was one moment that I just had to have captured and it was the first time I saw my husband and he saw me when I rounded the corner during our ceremony. I wanted the shots to be taken at the exact same time so that our first look, reaction, and everything was caught simultaneously. Not only were they able to capture that moment so perfectly for me, but it was so flawlessly executed. In fact during the entire ceremony one thing I dont remember is the constant clicking of a camera or watching someone dodge around and get in the way of the ceremony, yet the amount of quality photos we received of the ceremony is unbelievable. Ive been to many weddings where the photographer is running around distracting from the moment and that was the furthest thing from how Audree runs the show. I could go on and on about how amazing Audree is as a person as well as a photographer because I was genuinely amazed at what we received from her. She is worth every penny and some. Rengie and his crew shot my cousin's wedding (I was one of the groomsmen) and there's one thing…read morethat I noticed right away - you wouldn't think they were wedding vendors at all. They were all dressed like guests (not wearing all black). I guess this is how they capture raw emotions, by blending in with everyone. They were unobtrusive, polite and courteous, and actually fun to hang around with. The photos, simply put, are amazing! We were all surprised (in a good way) when they did a slideshow with the photos from early in the day! My cousin getting ready, and the ceremony, the music, the emotions, too much! But I really liked the fact that he was able to whip up a story in a few hours and had a HUGE emotional impact. That was the first for me. Instead of being a fly on a wall, Rengie showed us how to properly walk the aisle to ensure magazine-quality shots. He even instructed my aunt (bride's mom), the bridesmaids, the maid of honor and the bride how to properly cry without ruining their make-up. If that is not excellent customer service, I don't know what that is. Also just found out that they will be shooting another one of my cousin's wedding in a couple of months. Like any prospective couple, we had no idea what we were looking for. Luna Bella was actually one of the first vendors we spoke to on the floor that day. Hours later we had come to the conclusion that they were probably who we would choose for photos, it wasn't even close after talking to a hall full of photographers. Luna Bella was actually the first vendor we officially booked and by far the single best choice we made. We actually contracted Demecio and his team to do our engagement photos on top of the wedding photos, from the start he was extremely courteous and his enthusiasm made the day fun. Even early on Demecio was open to our ideas and engaged in even the smallest details my wife or I suggested. Post engagement he was easy to communicate with, for all the vendors we worked with, it was more like talking to a friend than just someone working a contract. This was made even more apparent as leading up to our wedding and the day of his team was as excited as we were for the wedding day. There's a million things that go into a wedding day and obviously having someone to rely on to help line out details and timelines like Demecio was a godsend. On site the day of, Demecio and his team weren't just photographers. Of all things, the last thing I expected was to be complimented on how much fun our wedding guests had interacting with his whole team. Some of my family mentioned his team members by name recounting small moments they helped inspire and capture in photos we later saw. Beyond that the Luna Bella team took so much love and care in their craft, if you're willing to spend the time with them, they're willing to go the extra mile to capture just the most gorgeous photos you'll ever see.
